Kukla", "does, hereby grant to said persons, their co-members and successors, the Charter or Diploma of the organization, and does hereby constitute the said persons, their co-members and successors a group subordinate to the Polish Women's Alliance of America, under the name of 'St. Theresa' Group Number 555 granting the said group all rights and privileges of the Polish Women's Alliance of America, subject however, to the rules, regulations and by-laws of the subordinate group operating under the laws of the State as well as the rules, regulations and by laws passed by the National Convention of the Polish Women's Alliance of America. This Charter is issued upon the sole condition that the subordinate group and its members shall at all times abide and conform to the rules and regulations imposed by the constitution and by-laws of the said Alliance, now in force and to such rules which may from time to time be passed and adopted by the executive committee and by the National Convention of the said Alliance. In the event of a violation of any of the restrictions imposed as above this charter shall be forfeited and its group suspended or expelled, by the delegates of the National Convention or by the Executive Committee of the said Alliance as they may determine. In testimony whereof, the Polish Women's Alliance has hereunto caused to be affixed the signatures of its officers and member of the Executive Committee together with its corporate seal.
